Job Description

We're looking for a highly-experienced Operations Leader/Head of Operations to help take us to the next level.
An incredible leadership opportunity to drive meaningful impact while working with the CEO & founding team at a high-growth E-commerce fulfillment startup.
This is an in-person role at our Gurgaon office & you must be based in Delhi NCR.

Lead day-to-day Operations and work with the founding team to enhance profitability/efficiency throughout the company's fulfillment and last-mile operations.
Manage Regional Ops Heads & City Leads to ensure operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.
Implement processes/systems from scratch to create a seamless experience for brands, users, and generate higher productivity/revenues.
Oversee the launch of dark stores, micro-fulfillment centers, & last-mile operations across India.
Work closely with Zippee customers (E-Commerce Brands) to support expansion & growth.
Ensure streamlined Supply Chain Ops across cities to drive ~100% fulfillment rate.
Manage, motivate, create L&D programs for teams across levels & create a rockstar culture.

14-20 years of Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Experience at B2B E-commerce/Supply Chain/Logistics tech companies. Must have led & been accountable for large Operations teams.
